However these didn't work in my printer. The cartridges fit, but when I tried to print a page of black text the printer said "A non-genuine or refilled cartridge has been detected. Ink levels are not shown because of unknown ink volume" and the page came out blank. I researched the listings on amazon and this one seemed to have the best reviews for the price. Unfortunately, I didn't get good quality at all. The colors and skin tones were all off. After cleaning the heads, etc., I compared the first few photos with this ink to the last photo I printed with old Epson ink (same image) and it wasn't good. In fairness, I do have issues with what I see on the monitor versus what gets printed out - regardless of ink product. However, I found that there was NO forgiveness with this ink. With genuine Epson ink (which I just tried after tossing these cartridges), the differences were much more muted. The company did respond to my email and seemed to provide good customer service, but in the end, I think they realize people aren't going to bother returning something that is less than $20, especially by mail, so I just donated them to my son's school for recycling.
