But recently it was saying my ink was not genuine and refused to do anything until I put "genuine" ink in. I figured this ink would be a gamble, but it works! The status monitor is enabled now and reports all ink is made by Epson! And now I can actually SEE how much ink is really left and refill with cheap little bottles!I had to press kinda hard to make it snap in. Also a little ink came out the airhole. But I like that the snap has a metal spring in it.
