I was informed that dell software does not recognize these cartridges and to either uninstall the software or ignore it. I did and I am happily printing away. The seller got back to me within 24 hours. However, i was disappointed to learn that my black ink was only 1/2 full. The first 10 copies came out beautiful but after that i began getting streaks. After cleaning the cartridges it was a little better but streaking was still an issue.
